This blog is part journal, part conversation starter—a place to lay down thoughts while they’re still forming. Some will be messy, unfinished, or contradict what I’ve said before. That’s the nature of growth: revision, reflection, and sometimes getting it wrong before finding what feels true. Inspiration tends to come in waves. I might post a lot, then disappear for a while. That’s part of the rhythm, too.

I’m insatiably curious. Always learning, always gathering. This is also where I share what’s currently sparking me—ideas I’m chewing on, things I’ve read, watched, or scribbled in the margins. There may be the occasional info-dump. My hope is that something here lights a spark in you, too.

Sometimes my mind builds entire galaxies—rich, layered, endless. And then I try to capture it all: every angle, every connection. The more I try to hold the whole thing, the louder the fear gets. What if I don’t say it right? What if I miss something important? And then I freeze.

That inner world is where I feel most alive. It’s also where I get most lost.

So I’m practicing letting things be unfinished. Publishing before the edges are smoothed. Sharing the middle of a thought—not just the conclusion. I’m learning to work with my mind, not against it. To own the way I process and offer it honestly, even when it’s still in motion.

Because maybe growth isn’t about getting “there.” Maybe we don’t need to be healed to be whole. Maybe worthiness isn’t something we earn by arriving—it’s something we reclaim by returning.

Maybe showing up as we are—messy, curious, trying—is already a way home.

This is just one way to be. And maybe it can point to another.

What to Expect

I write as a therapist, yes—but also as a person. I make mistakes. I change my mind. I get it wrong sometimes. I believe showing up in process matters more than showing up polished.

I work to create a space that feels safer—but I can’t promise it will always feel safe. Discomfort is part of growth. Meaning is personal. Anything can be anything to anyone.

If something here stirs something in you, I invite you to sit with it. Notice what’s coming up. And if needed, reach out to someone you trust to help hold it with you.

Author’s Note on AI Use

This piece was written by me, with the support of ChatGPT as a behind-the-scenes thought partner. I used it to help shape ideas, organize the messy middle, and clarify the flow—but the voice, perspective, and fire are entirely my own. Sometimes I use AI to help catch racing thoughts, hold divergent ideas, or build structure around complexity that’s hard to wrangle alone. It lets me work with how my mind naturally moves—without losing the thread. I use it to become a better writer, not to avoid the work of becoming one.
