Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: February 14, 2025
I am committed to making therapy accessible and adaptable—so you can engage in a way that feels supportive, not stressful. Accessibility means different things to different people.
-
For some, it’s physical access.
-
For others, it’s accommodations for sensory needs, learning differences, neurodivergence, or energy levels.
-
Sometimes, it’s simply knowing you can show up without pressure to mask or conform.
Whatever accessibility means for you, I am open to working together to shape therapy in a way that fits.
Therapy Accommodations
Everyone’s needs and ways of processing are different. Here are some ways we can adapt sessions:
-
Flexible pacing (e.g., breaks, shorter check-ins when needed)
-
Alternative formats (e.g., phone sessions instead of video)
-
Sensory support (e.g., permission to move, fidget, or pause)
-
Visual and written supports (e.g., written recaps, visual tools)
-
Space for non-verbal processing (e.g., art-making, movement, silence)
If you require a specific accommodation or aren’t sure what you need but know standard therapy spaces haven’t worked for you, let’s talk about it together.
Website Accessibility
I am working to ensure this website is easy to navigate and read for everyone. If you experience any barriers while using this site—whether that’s text readability, forms, navigation, or anything else—please let me know. I value your feedback and will do my best to address any issues.
