Session Fees
Complimentary Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute video consultation to see if we’re a good fit. This is an opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of how I work before booking a full session.
1 Hour Psychotherapy (60 minutes): $140 CAD
Session fees may be adjusted based on factors such as my education, experience, or practice costs. Any fee increases will be communicated with at least 4 weeks’ notice. I typically review my rates every 6 to 12 months.

Sliding Scale
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available on a short-term basis. If cost is a barrier, please inquire about availability. Sliding scale spots are reviewed periodically to ensure accessibility. If you are receiving a reduced rate, we may check in about any changes in circumstances.
Payment Methods
To keep the payment process simple and focused on your session, a credit card is required to be kept on file for contactless payments. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, payment must be received within 24 hours. If not received, the card on file will be charged. If keeping a credit card on file is a barrier, please let me know, and we can arrange for payment by e-transfer before the session.

If a payment is declined or not received on time, you will be notified, and payment must be completed before scheduling your next session. Repeated late payments may result in requiring prepayment for future sessions.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Psychotherapy services may be covered under your extended health benefits. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Upon payment, I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. Direct billing is not available at this time.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I want to make the most of our time together. I also understand that unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. While I do my best to be flexible with occasional last-minute cancellations, if they become a pattern, the full session fee will apply.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, please let me know as soon as possible. If I have not heard from you after 15 minutes, I will close the video session, and the appointment will be consi
