A woman with bright red hair smiles warmly at the camera, wearing a black leather jacket and white top. The natural outdoor lighting and blurred urban background create a friendly and approachable atmosphere. Ideal for an online psychotherapy practice in Ontario and Toronto, the image reflects a supportive and authentic space for adults seeking therapy for self-discovery, trauma, and expressive arts therapy.

Meet Jennifer

I’ve always been intense—drawn to life’s big questions, fascinated by human nature, and searching for meaning in the unknown. If you think deeply, feel a lot, or never quite fit the mold, I get it. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing—it’s about creating space to finally hear, trust, and understand yourself in a way that feels real.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I lived across Canada and worked with people from all walks of life—as an actor, barista, retail worker, certified personal trainer, and recreational therapist. I’ve supported kids, adults, and folks at the end of life in community, residential, and hospital settings. Those experiences shaped how I see people: not as problems to solve, but as complex, creative, deeply feeling beings navigating a world that doesn’t always make room for them.

About

Integrative Therapy Studio offers therapy across Ontario for adults, youth (8+), and teens, as well as group therapy and creative workshops. Rooted in experiential work, we go beyond talk to integrate mind, body, and meaning—supporting transformation, capacity-building, and deeper self-connection.

Now, as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist, I bring that same curiosity, depth, and adaptability into the therapy room. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming. Some clients need structure. Others need space. Some process through words, others through art, metaphor, or movement. I meet you where you are and work in a way that fits how you naturally process. My background in the arts, body-based work, and existential meaning-making helps me bridge science and self-discovery—offering both grounding and freedom.

Outside of therapy, I’m still an actor. I make mixed media art, binge horror movies, and lose time down YouTube rabbit holes. Creativity isn’t a side passion—it’s how I make sense of the world, and it’s something I bring into therapy for those who find words alone aren’t enough. I offer virtual therapy across Ontario and in-person sessions through the Toronto Wellness Collective. If you’ve ever felt like therapy didn’t quite get you—or you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to filter yourself—you’re in the right place. However you show up, we’ll start there.
