Virtual Therapy for Adults, Children & Families Across Ontario

  • Traditional talk therapy focuses on discussing thoughts and emotions, which can be helpful—but sometimes, insight alone isn’t enough. At Integrative Therapy Studio, therapy is an active, experiential process. In addition to talking, we might use movement, creative expression, or sensory-based approaches to explore emotions in a way that feels more natural and embodied. The goal is to create shifts that you can actually feel, not just understand.

  • Not at all! No artistic skill or experience is required. The focus isn’t on making something “good”—it’s about using different forms of expression to process emotions. Whether it’s a simple doodle, a movement exercise, or a metaphor that helps something click, we’ll find what feels right for you.

  • Absolutely. This isn’t an “arts-only” approach—it’s flexible and adapts to you. If verbal processing works best, we’ll focus on that. If words sometimes fall short, we can explore other ways to engage with emotions. There’s no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right.

  • Experiential therapy can be just as powerful online as it is in person. We can still explore creative and body-based techniques virtually—whether that’s through guided movement, visualization, sensory-based exercises, or creative prompts that you explore at home. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you can speak freely and participate in the process.

  • I mostly work with adults but I also work with children (11+), teens, and parents. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore your needs.

  • There’s no set timeline—it depends on what you’re looking for and the pace that feels right for you. Some people find a few sessions helpful for exploring a specific concern, while others benefit from a longer-term approach for deeper patterns and healing. During our initial consultation, we can talk more about what feels realistic and supportive for you.

  • All the information about my fees & payments can be found here .

  • I do not deal with insurance directly. If you have extended health benefits please ensure that they cover a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

  • A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is a therapist who has completed a master’s-level education and is in the process of completing additional clinical supervision to become a fully registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I adhere to the same ethical and professional standards as fully registered psychotherapists, including maintaining confidentiality, ongoing training, and practicing within my scope of expertise. Being ‘Qualifying’ simply means I am completing the final supervised hours required for full registration.
