I believe that therapy should be as unique as the person in it. My approach is flexible, relational, and experiential—blending science with self-discovery to help you experience lasting change.

Individual Therapy
This is therapy for adults who feel deeply, think a lot, and want something more than surface-level fixes. It’s a collaborative space to explore what’s stirring beneath the surface—at a pace that meets you where you are.

Therapy for Parents
Think of these as communal creative pit stops. Workshops are one-time or short-term offerings open to anyone curious about reconnecting with creativity, voice, or inner direction. You don’t have to identify as “artistic”—just human.
Please note: Community workshops are not therapy, but they often feel nourishing in similar ways. Come as you are.

Therapy for Artists
Something Here. Regular Text.

Youth (8+) & Teen Therapy
A grounded, creative space for teens to bring their full selves—questions, humour, anger, sensitivity, and all. Ideal for curious, neurodivergent, or expressive teens navigating identity, emotion, and the complexity of growing up.

Group Therapy
Some things are easier—and more powerful—to explore in community. These small, therapist-led groups offer space for connection, reflection, and shared insight through experiential, theme-based work.

Community Arts Workshops
Think of these as creative pit stops for the soul. Workshops are one-time or short-term offerings open to anyone curious about reconnecting with creativity, voice, or inner direction. You don’t have to identify as “artistic”—just human.
Please note: Community workshops are not therapy, but they often feel nourishing in similar ways. Come as you are.
