Life is weird, unpredictable, and occasionally a lot ...

hi, I'm Jennifer

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist, and I offer therapy for adults, children & families across Ontario. My job isn't to give you the answers but to develop inner compass you can find whats true for youI founded this practice to offer an approach that is collaborative, experiential, and truly integrative—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe that therapy should be as unique as the person in it. My approach is flexible, relational, and experiential—blending science with self-discovery to help you experience lasting change.

Please note: Community workshops  are not therapy, but they often feel nourishing in similar ways. Come as you are.
