Therapy You Experience
Not Just Talk About

If you’ve ever felt like talk therapy alone isn’t enough, you’re not alone. At Integrative Therapy Studio, therapy is more than just talk. It’s about experiencing something new. Here, therapy is a collaborative process that helps you move beyond just intellectual understanding into meaningful transformation

hi, I'm Jennifer

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist, and I offer virtual therapy for adults, children & families from my home studio in Toronto. At Integrative Therapy Studio, I wanted to create a space where healing goes beyond words—where therapy is something you experience, not just talk about. My work is grounded in neuroscience, connection, and creative expression, helping people reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

I founded this practice to offer an approach that is collaborative, experiential, and truly integrative—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe that therapy should be as unique as the person in it. My approach is flexible, relational, and experiential—designed to help you explore both the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of what you’re feeling.  If traditional therapy hasn’t felt like the right fit, let’s explore what works for you.

for true transformation you need to experience something different, not just think something different

Here, therapy is more than just talking—it’s about experiencing something different. At Integrative Therapy Studio, we blend different therapeutic methods to create a personalized space that honors your needs, goals, and unique way of seeing the world. New experiences help your brain rewrite old habits and patterns, allowing you to break free from unhelpful cycles and make lasting changes. This approach isn’t just about easing symptoms—it’s about deepening your capacity for joy, resilience, and a more genuine connection with yourself.

Why Studio?

A studio is a space for exploration, experimentation, and transformation. Therapy here isn’t about following a formula—it’s about discovering what works for you. Some sessions might feel more relational and conversational, while others might be more experiential using somatic approaches or expressive arts to access deeper and more unconscious ways of being and knowing.

A person wearing a white crop top and colorful patterned pants holds an abstract painting with vibrant shades of purple, orange, yellow, and teal, covering their face. Their arms and torso are decorated with matching paint strokes, adding a playful and expressive touch. The bright and creative setting reflects the use of expressive arts therapy in Ontario and Toronto, highlighting self-expression, creativity, and the transformative power of art in psychotherapy.
This approach might work for you if:
  • You’ve tried traditional therapy but still feel stuck.

  • You want to go beyond symptom management and work through your issues at the root

  • You want a therapy space that welcomes creativity, self-discovery, and deep inner work.
