Silhouettes of four people against a warm sunset sky, arms raised with peace signs. Group therapy and workshops at Integrative Therapy Studio, Toronto. One note on Image 3: the peace sign gesture reads as celebratory and a bit political to some viewers. If you have another image for groups that feels more neutral or grounded, it might serve the page better. That said, the silhouette format protects anonymity well, which is a real asset for a therapy context.

About

I'm Jennifer Fader, Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Expressive Arts Therapist practicing in Toronto's Annex neighbourhood and online across Ontario. I work with people who feel a lot, think deeply, and have often been told they're both too much and not enough.

My clients include late-diagnosed adults with ADHD, autism, gifted/2e, or other sensory and processing differences; parents navigating their own regulation while being responsible for everyone else's; and people sitting with grief, identity questions, and existential uncertainty that doesn't have tidy answers.

My approach blends traditional talk therapy with experiential and creative methods, grounded in neuroscience and the understanding that you are the expert on your own experience.

Some sessions are reflective and insight-driven. Others draw on creative or sensory-based work that goes beyond what words alone can reach, or target the emotional logic underneath a symptom or pattern that hasn't shifted with other approaches.

I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and neurotypes.

Integrative
Therapy Studio

I live and work on land with many layered histories: of care, creation, forced displacement, survival and arrival. Many of us arrived here through different paths; some chosen, some forced, some carried through generations of stewardship. I honour these complexities, and for the responsibility we all share to move forward with care, mutual respect, and continued relationship.
