Therapy for the Questions that  don't  have  easy answers

Sometimes it’s not about finding the answers. It’s about learning how to stay with the questions  even when things are uncertain, messy, or hard to explain. This is therapy for people who want something deeper than just coping.

Life is weird, unpredictable and occasionally a lot ...

Sometimes it's not about finding the answers, it's about learning to feel alive again.

Integrative Therapy Studio offers individual & group virtual therapy across Ontario, with limited in-person sessions available in downtown Toronto (by pre-booking only). We work with adults, teens, and parents who are navigating intensity, uncertainty, and the kind of questions that don’t come with easy answers.

A studio is a space for exploration, experimentation, and transformation. Despite the name, this isn’t a physical studio you drop into, it’s a space for meaningful, long-term work that integrates traditional talk therapy with experiential, creative, and somatic approaches.

If you're looking for depth, relational consistency, and a way to reconnect with yourself in the middle of it all,  you're in the right place.

Your questions, contradictions, and complexity are not just welcome, they’re expected. We welcome all of it. The rational. The scientific. The mystical. And the messy middle. All identities, abilities, beliefs, and lived experiences are welcome.

You might be here because life looks fine from the outside, but something’s unsettled underneath ...
  • Maybe you’re a parent holding a lot, unsure how to stay connected to your kids,  and yourself.

  • Maybe you’ve hit a point where your career, creativity, or relationships feel flat, and you’re asking quietly, Is this really it?

  • Maybe you’re carrying a grief no one else sees, or adjusting to a version of life you didn’t choose

  • Or maybe you’re wrestling with deeper questions about mortality, meaning, or what it actually means to feel alive.

Whatever brings you here, you’re not the only one asking.

hi, I'm Jennifer

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist, and I offer therapy for adults, children & families across Ontario. I founded this practice to offer an approach that is collaborative, experiential, and truly integrative—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe that therapy should be as unique as the person in it. My approach is flexible, relational, and experiential—blending science with self-discovery to help you experience lasting change.

Why Studio?

A studio is a space for exploration, experimentation, and transformation. Therapy here isn’t about following a formula—it’s about discovering what works for you. Some sessions might feel more relational and conversational, while others might be more experiential using somatic approaches or creative arts to access deeper and more unconscious ways of being and knowing.

What Therapy Here Might Look Like:

  • Regulate emotions & stress: Learn how your nervous system naturally seeks balance and develop breath, movement, and sensory practices that help shift from overwhelm to ease without forcing regulation.

  • Build Resilience & Self-Trust: Instead of managing distress, we focus on increasing access to safety, pleasure, and choice, allowing your system to process challenges organically.

  • Deepen Connection & Relationships: Recognize how your system shapes connection and protection patterns and develop ways to engage in relationships with greater ease, trust, and authenticity.

  • Re-Orient to Joy & Pleasure: Orienting toward what feels good increases your capacity to process intense emotions. Therapy can help you reconnect with passions, engage in creativity without pressure, and experience pleasure as a resource for resilience.

  • Understand & Work with your Nervous System: Learn how your body processes stress, emotions, and relationships, increasing your capacity to stay present, shift states fluidly, and integrate difficult experiences without retraumatization.
